• Standing Separate Leg Head to Knee!
  • Bring your right foot up separating your heels three feet, turn your back foot out 45 degrees, bring your arms over head, palms together, and slowly come up facing the back wall. Hold for a moment and then lower back down to STANDING SEPARATE LEG HEAD TO KNEE right side.
  • Slowly round up, turn toward the front of the room and lower down into the left side STANDING SEPARATE HEAD TO KNEE.
  • Slowly round up turn to the back wall: Set your hands behind your back in Namaskar, (to modify hold your wrists or forearms), and flow into SIDE FORWARD BEND:
  • Slowly come up with a flat back, rotate to the front wall and repeat SIDE FORWARD BEND left side, slowly come up and stand in TADASANA. Hold each posture for the appropriate time.
