Boca Raton Class Descriptions
Our yoga room is heated to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The Hot Yoga class is recommended for everyone, from first day beginners to advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, which our trained instructors will help you find.
This class incorporates Asanas from our lineage into a “Vinyasa” (continuous flow) style. Hot Vinyasa is a vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio and is designed for students of all levels (beginner friendly) seeking a challenge.
This class offers a slower approach to Hatha yoga. The postures are held a little longer and modifications are encouraged for students to ease into their yoga experience. The room is still heated, but to a lower temperature. This class is for people who might be healing an injury or need help with the proper alignment.
Yoga to Sacred Music
In this class, we turn the lights off, light candles, and play soothing and inspiring music to our flow of yoga asanas. This class allows students to focus more on the mental and spiritual aspects of the practice, while still receiving the physical benefits. Verbal instruction is minimal, therefore we ask that you take at least 10 Hot Yoga classes before attending the Sacred Music class.
Warm Yoga with Hip Openers
Essentially every yoga pose addresses, in one way or another, the mobility of the hips The physical goal of hip opening Asanas is one of increased range of motion in and around the joints. This class offers specific postures while directing awareness to the process of increasing hip – flexibility; the hip’s flexibility usually isn’t achieved overnight. Hips require time, patience, and a regular yoga practice.
Limited Instruction. Please bring blocks & straps.
Note for new students: If you buy a series of classes on your FIRST day you will receive a free class! Please bring two towels and arrive ten minutes before class is scheduled so you have time to register.
