Daily Schedule
|
- Monday - Thursday:
- 7:00 - 7:30 Sun-salutations on the beach/morning meditation
- 8:30 - 10:00 Yoga Class
- 10:00 - 12:00 Lunch
- 12:00 - 3:30 Posture/Teacher Clinics
- 3:30 - 4:00 Break
- 4:00 - 5:30 Yoga Class
- 5:30 - 7:30 Dinner
- 7:30 - 9:00 Philosophy, Anatomy, Sanskrit, History of Yoga
- Friday - Day ends at 6:00PM
- Saturday - Day ends at 3:00PM
- Sunday - Off
- Orientation - June 21st beginning at 5:00 PM sharp and will last approximately two hours.
- Graduation - July 19th at 1:00 PM and will last approximately two hours.
- Training Schedule Subject to Change -- There will be no class at the Orientation.

Pre-Requisites
|
- Six month consistent yoga practice
- Letter of recommendation from a certified yoga teacher
- Participants must be 21 years or older and be in good physical condition

Housing - Level I
|
- A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due immediately to hold your room. Full payment is due on May 18, 2009. Refunds are not available within three weeks of the training.
PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to stay at the hotel within four weeks of the training, we cannot guarantee double occupancy.
- Housing is available at the same location as the training, the Ocean Sky Hotel & Resort (formerly the Ramada Beach Resort) in Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Guest rooms are of modest standard and include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, telephone, alarm clock, cable television and a balcony with an ocean view.
- Amenities include heated oceanfront swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, complimentary pool towels, fitness room, room service and laundry service.
- A higher-standard, luxurious accomodations are available upon request.
