• Practice and learn to instruct Jimmy's new "Hot Vinyasa Flow"
• Daily practice of advanced Hot Yoga Asanas.
• Learn advanced hands-on teaching techniques and skills.
• Extensive study of the 5 elements of Hatha yoga, Patanjali's 8 Limb Path and the chakra system
• Integrating the 7 chakras into your daily practice and teaching.

Daily Schedule

• Monday - Friday:
• 7:00 - 7:30 Sun-salutations on the beach/morning meditation
• 8:30 - 10:30 Hot Vinyasa Yoga Class/Level I
• 10:30 - 12:30 Lunch
• 12:30 - 3:30 Posture/Teacher Clinics
• 3:30 - 4:00 Break
• 4:00 - 6:00 Hot Vinyasa Yoga Class/Level II
• 6:00 - 8:00 Dinner
• 8:00 - 9:30 Satsang: Philosophy, Sanskrit, History of Yoga
  
• Saturday - Day ends at 5:00 pm
  
• Orientation - October 18th beginning at 5:00 PM sharp - Please come dressed for class!
• Graduation - October 25th at 1:00 PM and will last approximately two hours

Pre-Requisites

• Certified yoga intstructor from a 200-hour Teacher Training in the Barkan Method or a similar style of Hot Yoga OR an advanced student with a letter of recommendation from a certifed teacher.
• One year minimun yoga practice.
• Must be 21 years or older unless highly recommended by a certified yoga teacher.

Housing - Level II/III

• A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due immediately to hold your room. Full payment is due four weeks from the training. Housing refunds are not available within three weeks of the training.
  PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to stay at the hotel within four weeks of the training, we cannot guarantee double occupancy.
• Housing is available at the same location as the training, the Ocean Sky Hotel & Resort (formerly the Ramada Beach Resort) in Fort Lauderdale, FL
• Guest rooms are of modest standard and include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, telephone, alarm clock, cable television and a balcony with an ocean view.
• Amenities include heated oceanfront swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, complimentary pool towels, fitness room, room service and laundry service.
• A higher-standard, luxurious accomodations are available upon request.
