Yoga can be an amazing Healing Modality! I have probably injured every area of my body back when I was over doing things from obsession. What I’ve learned over the years is to really listen to my body and modify when necessary!! Also amplify, because the awareness isn’t just about taking it easy but understanding your body through awareness. That being stated, what yoga does for the mind and spirit is even more beneficial!
