At the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga we recommend a consistent practice to keep your body open flexible and strong! You will find better results practicing at least four to six times a week! Coming twice or even three times a week you will find you are always playing “catch-up”! When your practice is consistent you are able to start where you left off and build momentum!
