Some people recommend to practice a serious Hot Yoga Asana (Postures) class everyday. Even though we offer Hot Yoga classes every single day at both our Barkan Method South Florida locations, I have always believed taking one day off can be more beneficial. My suggestion is to do six days a week, five is still very good and make four days a week a minimum. If one practices Yoga Asana three days a week, in my opinion they are always playing catch-up! Catching up to where they left off! However a consistent practice allows the body and the mind a chance to grow and improve on a daily basis.
