How I got STARTED in Bikram Hot Yoga my Personal Journey!
Hi Everyone,
Everything I have built over the last 45 years, the Barkan Method, thousands of certified teachers, this entire world, started with a single class in 1981.
I was not looking to become a teacher back then. I was just a student walking into a room that would end up changing the direction of my entire life. What I found there was unlike anything I had experienced before, and over time I found myself immersed in a world that included Hollywood stars, professional athletes, and some of the most driven, fascinating people I have ever met. Eventually, that path led me to start teaching myself.
In this week's video, I share my personal journey, what it was really like being there at the very beginning, who I met along the way, and how one decision in 1981 changed everything that came after!
