Hi Everyone,
I’m excited to share our latest tutorial video featuring one of the most iconic postures in Hot Yoga: Standing Bow Pose. This was the final tutorial we filmed at OBX Hot Yoga in North Carolina.
A big shoutout to Jo for beautifully demonstrating this challenging pose, with cameos from Adina & Bob.
And trust me… you don’t want to miss this one from Yours Truly.... the Standing Bow Whisperer.
