After 35 years of training teachers, I can tell you that most people walk into a Teacher Training expecting one thing and discover something quite different.
I’ve watched it happen hundreds of times. Trainees arrive with a picture in their head, and by the end of the training that picture has changed. In this video I share the 3 things I think every aspiring Hot Yoga teacher deserves to hear before they begin.
